Let’s talk about the numbers, particularly our work statistics for the first four months of the 2022 year. As it often happens, the results are impressive.
During these four months, the Crisis center received 2,673 requests (traditionally, the maximum – was 740 – we received in January). Our hotline was called 482 times. More than a hundred women got face-to-face psychological counseling, as well as we conducted 1897 such consultations online. Also, 188 legal consultations took place January-April.
As we reported earlier, our information service “P.O.L.I.N.A.” popularity has increased a lot. For four months, it was contacted more than 69,000 times. The number is higher than the number of the last year’s first eight months.
It is important to remember that these are not just numbers. Many appeals mean certain cases of violence, that cases’ victims of which need qualified assistance.
