At the beginning of December 2021, INGI “Crisis Center for Women” in collaboration with the Design Bureau “Verstak” (Rus. for workbench) held the second project incubator on creative digital camping for young regional nonprofit social initiatives. An important condition for participants was to focus their campaigns on the youth audience (18-25 years old). Participants could choose any social network or online platform to implement their projects. The project incubator was held to create a mini-media campaign or any digital product regarding countering sexualized violence and/or its prevention. Each participant had the opportunity for personalized work with curators. And that is the most important, they got a chance to launch projects they wanted to but lacked the strength, time, and team.
As a result, both teams of participants developed their own media and digital products called #ForCrisisCenters and #Don’tHoldBackTell. One of the teams will develop a social media company to attract a larger audience to support crisis centers and shelters in their home region. The second team has developed a project with the timeline for the company supporting a film with stories of sexualized violence victims. The picture is planned to be broadcast on leading venues and outside the region.
